You will have received specialist advice on which Equity Release Company and product to go with from your Financial Advisor and our role is to provide top quality advice on the "Conveyancing" process for your case.

Our responsibility is to ensure that you understand the process and implications of the Equity Release transaction to you and your family.
We work alongside your Financial Advisor however we aim to ensure that he has covered all of the key areas of the Equity Release transaction and that you fully understand the implications of your new Equity Release Mortgage.
